Hi! Our names are Martin and Olivia! We have created this blog for you during the lockdown and worldwide pandemic. We have over 8 years of experience working in some of the best London’s bars and restaurants. Being without a job for almost a year we had many friends and family members asking us for easy cocktail recipes, which they could make at home. Making cocktails is an art but is not a difficult one to master. Therefore, we have decided to create a blog where we have combined some of the most popular cocktail recipes from around the world! Let’s enjoy the Happy Hours Together!
Olivia Newman
Work Experience:
Head bartender at Nightjar cocktail-bar in London, I have also worked for 3 years in Hanson’s Shoe Repair cocktail bar in Orlando where I grew up before immigrating to London. Whilst traveling, I have gained a fantastic knowledge of international cocktail recipes and spirits. I love blind cocktail tasting!
When I am not mixing:
I love exploring new places. Most of the time when I am not working you can find me in the Caribbean exploring different cultures, sun-bedding and trying local cocktails!
Martin Huntsman
Work Experience:
Professional bartender with 5+ years of experience at some of the best bars in London Oriole Bar and The Cocktail Trading Co.. Knowledge of over 100 cocktail recipes and invented 3 new mixed beverage recipes which increased bar revenue by 5% combined. I love experimenting and inventing new cocktail recipes!
When I am not mixing:
I love the great outdoors and usually take my annual vacation in Canada, where I explore the Rocky Mountains and take canoe trips up the Keele River.
